I am a teacher, (hobby) programmer and (web-)developer from Groningen Netherlands. I studied Human Geography at the University of Groningen. Sees value in activism for the environment, pacifism, sharing wealth and opportunities for all and freedom of speech.
A website is an oppertunity to express yourself, as one knows. The internet is made for sharing information and knowledge mostly for learning and testing. With putting content on this website, i can operate freely and independent. There is no fear of being sensored. Besides that i like to make websites and i have to say, i am fairly good at it!
For the most part this website will be in English because many people are able to read in English. But some parts will be in Dutch.
I build this website from scratch on a Linux Debian VPS machine. The website was coded in Python3 and uses Django, jQuery and JavaScript for animations and Bootstrap5 for styling. It uses the icons of Font Awesome. Why Python based? Because it has a many libraries to use and i like the language!
